She’s led high-profile content and marketing initiatives with NBCUniversal, The Biggest Loser, and Digital Wellness, working at the intersection of media, wellness, and purpose-driven design.

Manny brings 25 years of experience in SaaS, CX, and enterprise sales engineering. He’s held leadership roles at Verint, Twilio, 8x8, and Avaya—building high-performing teams, leading AI and platform consulting efforts, and guiding organizations through scalable growth.
